Cheerful Scandinavian Folk Art Inspired Character

in the style of scandinavian folk art, the figure appears to have been made of felt fabric and seems very soft. it's a cozy, comforting scene, reminiscent of a children's book illustration, a 3d animated character of a young girl standing against a plain white background. the character has bright orange curly hair that frames her face, big blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and a wide open mouth in an excited expression. she has her hands raised with fingers spread wide. her outfit consists of a black and white checkered shirt, red plaid pants with patches and furry cuffs, and colorful patterned shoes. the style is that of a modern digital puppet or video game avatar.
